Extremely poor business etiquette and workmanship
What a poor service delivery from this company. They were the building contractors for the apartment building I've purchased in. Initial workmanship is so poor. It would be a complete loss and waste of money working with this business.

Reliable developer
<p>We purchased a property from Camissa Properties off plan. The house was well finished but like with all new builds, the inevitable snag list needed to be addressed. Ahmed Essop and Shaan Nordien have been great in finishing what they committed. Shaan took over from a previous team and had significant issues to address on several properties which I must admit frustrated me in the beginning as it took a while to get to my property. To his credit, they are professional and have completed all item committed. Better late than never. Have heard several issue with contractors in the blouberg area. Do yourself a favour and go with a reputable company like Camissa to ensure peace of mind. </p>

Camissa Properties a Winner
My clients purchased a property from Camissa Properties in July on a subject to sale as they had another property to sell. Mr Essop was most accommodating and gave them time to sell their property. Once the offer to purchase was signed, Camissa employees Falcon and Cisco accommodated the client with every request and going the extra mile for the client. The project was finished professionally and on time. The client informed me that the move was the least stressful of the entire operation due to the great service received from Camissa Properties. My full commission was paid out the day after registration of the property in the client's name, again very professional. I will certainly refer future clients to this company

Very happy with my newly built house
