DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I cannot believe the number of bad reviews here. This company deserves less than zero stars (a proper, negative rating). 1- star is too high a rating for them. I should have checked this company out prior to making my online purchase. I would expect a company in RANDBURG of all places to have shipped an in-stock item within 24hours. I have yet to receive any indication of shipping. Their web site boasts a contact number and a whatsapp chat link. The attached image shows how useful their Whatsapp chat line is since the only answer I got was an automated message. When I called them at around 13h47 this afternoon, a Tuesday afternoon, I got a telephonic message that says that I called outside of office hours. The customer service here truly is pathetic, and if I can go one further, it is actually non-existent. Anybody that reads this: you will be better off buying your needs at a higher price from another supplier that actually has a customer service team, and a whatsapp chat line that actually works. Trying to save, by buying from this company means you are gambling and may just lose your money without receiving your order. I am quite certain that I will not be receiving any delivery from this company based on the other reviews I read here. I will update this IF I receive my order. I'm not crossing my fingers for this. I have also contacted Paygate to query the actual existence of this company and for a potential refund.

Seems to be *****ulent website.
I have order some items more than a week ago from CampCraft.co.za. Unfortunately none of the communication platforms works. Telephone goes to voice message, Nor replies on Facebook, both emails failing and the owner Jacques Smith not answering. This seems to be a *****. I will update my review if it changes but at the moment keep away! Also noted a Jacques S reviewing CampCraft, funny as the owner is Jacques Smith.

Happy camping customer
Fantastic service. I ordered a number of items. We were informed of the progress of the order every step of the way. Goods arrived in perfect order a couple of days later. Price was very competitive when compared to other companies. Hugely impressed.

Mistakes happen, how you respond/act when it happens is what really counts.
It seems they have a tendency to get their orders wrong, happened to me as well, with that said, they delivered the correct item to me 2 days later, no drama, no hassle.

Terrible Service
I purchased a duffel bag on the 15th of October and to date (06th Nov) I haven’t received it, last week they sent me the wrong order, I got frying pan instead and don’t want to come collect it, their deliveryman lied to me that he’s on his way to deliver my bag now they don’t even want to refund me.

Terrible Service

Bad customer service!
I purchased 2 blue hammocks and I received 1 orange and 1 blue. Upon requesting an exchange, I am being told that the website says assorted colors, Really?? Orange was not even in the photo selection!?! Now I m being told to pay extra for collection and re delivery. Makes no sense, seeing the this is an error on campcraft's online shopping site.

Bad customer service!
I purchased 2 blue hammocks and I received 1 orange and 1 blue. Upon requesting an exchange, I am being told that the website says assorted colors, Really??
