Mr vey disappointed

Hi my name is Elrico and view weeks ago I was making a loan by canatra finance I was also paying a fee of 2800 than by loan was approved after that I was told the Loan was blocked because of credit score and they said i must pay a 399 i said no rather canceled the loan application and i ask the lady who help me from the start how long will it take for my refund she said 11workings days so the money will be in my account the 10 of October 2023 but still no refund i fone them several times no one picked up and than i try fone from our work atleash they pic up i was talking to Suzanne Cooper i ask about my refund she said she is busy and and get angry and put the fone down so please people stay away from them they **** people and still no money in my account
