Poor service provider with false advertising

I renewed my wife`s car licence online on the 17/12/2025 from this company. We have not received any confirmation at what stage the processing is. Her license is due on 01/01/2026. When I check on Natis, it has not processed yet, at this stage. Poor turnaround times
