No Order received , No Communication
We ordered Candles on January 2 2025 from www.candlegems.co.za. They always ignore our requests after trying to contact them via whatsapp and emails. We have not received our order and we not sure if we will ever get it.

I've done 2 orders with this company, received order confirmations via emails after payment were done, and them nothing happens....no further communication. I tried to phone , send whatssapps and send emails. There is just no response. Money is gone, and no service.
