Pathetic and Appauling Service

After spending hundreds of rands at the shop on different occasions, I was accused of stealing an item worth R20 just because I initially enquired about it at the till. Their customer service and attitude is pathetic and they accused me without checking their store and basically said that they have to be more vigilant the next time we come into the store. After accusing a customer of such things , they advised the item was found on the shelf. Never recommend them !
