Careful when buying hair extensions online

Please be very careful when ordering extensions online. I send a picture of my hair explaining I wanted extra length and volume. I measured my own hair and ordered a bit longer. She explained to me that the ends are very thin,I asked as long as it will look natural with extra length. Long story SHORT, its way too SHORT and I asked nicely to please exchange it for longer or thicker ones, but according to terms and conditions she can't do it because its custom made,even though I could only choose between 2 sets she send me and had to dye my own hair to match the pieces,so not that custom made. I lost almost R4000 and cant use the extensions that I was saving for so long. Let's just say,they're not really interested in having satisfied customers. Rather go to a place where you can see the hair,because pictures and advice did not help.
