Poor quality hair and unprofessional service

Purchased taped in extensions from this woman, asked for photos of the hair she never sent it, waited 4 days for my hair to come from the courier service, she said there was a problem with the courier. Received my hair yesterday 07.03.2019 told her thank you. Went to my hairdresser this morning she refused to install the hair and she said this is poor quality hair and is not the real deal.... I said to her can she please refund my money she said no I said to her I will send her hair back as it is useless to me. She refuses to refund my money of 1850 so I will be laying a case against her for theft at the police station she is a fly by night and steals everyone’s money she should be shut down once and for all.
