Candylicious is a small business owned by Candice Breckle. She sells all sorts of things from clothing to jewellery to bags, etc. This lady sells stock that does not belong to her, gets the stock from her relevant supplier, sells for a huge profit and then does not pay the supplier. She has owed me R5,053.00 since December 2021. A letter of demand has been issued via my lawyer. She has failed to keep up to her arrangements since May 2021. This lady goes under Candylicious (it is now listed as permanently closed), Candylicious (an American sweet shop she has stolen the picture and address, contact details, etc.) from. Candice Breckle, Candice Breckle (Candy), Candice Breckle, Candice Griffiths Breckle. She has acknowledged the debt but refuses to pay. On Social media there is another person complaining how rude this lady is and that she promises refunds for goods not delivered and then keeps making excuses why she cant. Scam artist of note.

They are always open until late to satisfy my sweet tooth. Awesome store with a large range of confectionery. Young or old, there' s a whole lot for everyone. Great vibe, awesome colours, delicious range of treats. Trading hours are awesome and convenient for me, I can shop anytime and anyday.

Good day I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the type of service I received at Candylicious Grand West. I called the store to ask if they had a certain item the store manager assured me they did have the item I was looking for. I informed him I'll be there soon. I got to the store, the item was out of stock... He then recommended a similar item, which I then took (I had no other choice though because I drove all the way from Kuils River to purchase the item). The Manager had a major attitude towards me and started speaking in his language which I think was very disrespectful just because he had to convince me to take the similar item that was not even close to the product I originally wanted. Firstly, I called before going there. Why did the manager say they do have the item ? and I made sure he is aware of which product I am referring too. This is poor service. They really need to step up their game.

After buying my ice blast fizzy slush from Candylicious Montecasino I just tasted it and immediately I could tell there is something wrong with it. I went back to the store and explained that to the cashier. Cashier called the "manager" who was absolutely rude to me in the presence of all the customers. She shouted loudly and said 'we cannot do anything about this ice blast because you already drank from it' All the staff refused to refund my money and continued to embarrass me in front of all the other clients. They did not even consider that there could be something wrong with that batch of slush of maybe the machine was malfunctioning. They didn't even care to check out the machine. This is a nice looking candy store from the outside. I have spent thousands here over the years. Just pray that you never have to deal with any of the staff or manager when something goes wrong because then you will see that is just another business that is simply left to the mercy of their incompetent staff. To the owner of this store, I suggest you employ at least one educated person who can correctly deal with your clients.

I was a unfortunate customer at the Monte Casino branch of Candylious this Sunday. During my visit the staff were extremely rude and arrogant. I purchased an Ice Blast. On first tasting my Ice Blast I noticed that it did not taste like usual as I am a regular customer. I immediately informed the staff. They were extremely rude and refused to help me. When I asked for the manager I was informed that the manager is not there and they don’t have the number for the manager. They refused to refund me or give me another Ice Blast. They ignored my requests and told me they will not waste the product I must drink the one I was given. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a rude bunch of people who do not know how to treat customers. Disgusting!!!

Candylicious at Grandwest Casino has the most disrespectful and hostile staff i have ever seen in South Africa. The staff members that were on duty on the 01/01/2018 was extremely disrespectful and did not make me feel welcome in the store at all. I walked past one of the employees waving the floor dry with the "caution wet floor" sign (which is a health and safety risk especially with a store packed with people) and he got angry at me for walking past him and he almost hit me with the sign. After he told me in a very disrespectful and hostile manner to not walk past him i informed his manager of the situation but when i turned my back to leave the store i saw the manager laughing. I cannot believe that people bring their children to this store where staff is hostile and disrespectful and threatening towards their customers. I have visited this store every time we go to grandwest casino (for about 20 years) it was one of the highlights of the trip, nevertheless i will never visit this store again. Very disappointed and unhappy customer

While I was making a purchase the guy "behind" me was butting in and talking with the cashier. I asked can I get some space because the guy was right against me and next to me while I was still purchasing and putting in my pin. The cashier then attacked me saying: you want space! I thought that was rude, she should know customer service and that she shouldn't be helping people who are butting in. Instead she should have apologised. But when I explain to her look I'm putting in my pin and there is no privacy he is in my space. She just say : I know! Don't worry! ***?! Is this how you treat your customer? Your goods are overpriced already. Please train the staff to treat customers with respect and to allow one customer to finish before helping others. Very bad experience. I came to Monte to just relax a bit.
