I was informed that two of my photos was blurry and needed to remove the black background. I was also told that they will not be able to print them. So I resent new photos both on e-mail and on WhatsApp, which was confirmed by canvas and more that they have received it. When I received the canvas prints, it was the wrong photos (it was the first set which they informed me was incorrect and blurry.). I immediately contacted them via WhatsApp and they told me to resend the e-mail with my complaint. I resent it 3 times via e-mail, tried to get them to respond to me via WhatsApp as well as e-mail. Yet no response to when I will receive the correct canvas prints. According to the WhatsApp it is being investigated. This has now been 2 weeks and still now response. I needed those canvas prints by today (end of April). My order was placed at the beginning of March 2026. I am not sure what else I need to do to get a response from them in order to find out when can I expect the correct canvas prints.
