They are consulting with Attorneys....it was not just stoped ..Nico committed suicide!!! Please can his wife have sometime to sort out this terrible mess her husband has left her with!!! I don't think she even knows if she is coming or going! I am also losing money, much more than some of you have mentioned but for pete sake give this woman a chance, she lost MUCH MUCH MORE than any one of you!!! Were is your humanity??

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! After ordering and Paying for the order on the 5th October, I still have not received anything. This morning I get an email stating "Dear Loyal Customer, It is with regret that I must inform you that Canvas It was liquidated. You placed and paid for an order with Canvas It but Canvas It would unfortunately not be able to deliver. ...." When or how (or if?) do I get my money back? Where do I lodge a claim?

Take note that Canvas It has posted a notice on their website and will not be honoring any orders, back-orders, deliveries or payments made.... Admittedly, it is under dire circumstances (see the notice for yourself). Also note, the company was linked to other businesses.... I for one, will be making more use of hellopeter before making orders in the future. "Dear Loyal Customer, It is with regret that I must inform you that Canvas It was liquidated. I bought the Canvas voucher on the 1 November 2019 from CANVAS IT and send them my pictures on the 4 November 2019. I haven't received my order even today they first said they will deliver before Xmas now they are saying because of loading shedding they will deliver Jan/February. Their service is poor and they take lots and lots of orders and under deliver. I have been sending them emails asking when are they going to deliver and they are not responding they just say thank you we have received your email. I Urge people to reconsider before using their services or they must be willing 3 months for their orders

I bought the Canvas voucher on the 1 November 2019 from CANVAS IT and send them my pictures on the 4 November 2019. Placed an order beginning of September. Was informed that they have a heavy workload, which I understand, cudos for that. We received the tracking number on Tuesday, informing us that we should give it 24 hours before we track it. After 24 hours still no tracking info. Thursday evening, 28 November Nico emailed me that he will look into it. Todat, 29 November he responded with this email. Thank you for your email. We've had quite a few frustrations with the couriers in regards to collections with parcels being left at our premises due to their bakkie not being big enough for all the parcels, or even parcels that's left on their floors without us being notified of this. I suspect that it should be delivered by then already, but please do a follow up on Monday again with us and we'll give feedback accordingly. Sorry for the frustration. How is that my problem? I ended up angrily responding with this email, The initial email sent to my wife staded the following.. EXAMPLE OF DELIVERY: This is only a hypothesis of how the counting of days work in regards to delivery. - WEDNESDAY [*Day of Dispatch - Non Counting Day] - THURSDAY [*Day 1] - FRIDAY [*Day 2] - SATURDAY [*No Counting Day] - SUNDAY [*No Counting Day] - MONDAY [*Day 3] - TUESDAY [*Public Holiday - No Counting Day] - WEDNESDAY [*Day 4] - THURSDAY [*Day 5] - FRIDAY [*Do a Follow Up] Excuse me if this comes through blunt and rude, but please don't insult my intelligence. Weekends are "no counting days", so how can you be sure that it will be delivered by Monday? It's not my problem if TCG doez not have big enough trucks to load the orders, and you can not tell me that 3 working days has gone by without any of you staff in dispatch realizing that the order has not gone out, unless they are incompetent. I am leaving Kroonstad at 1pm Monday, I do not care how, but my order will be delivered to me by then, without any damages to it. (This address was given according to the time fram we were informed of when delivery will occur) My wife and I paid for a service, and the service received until now, was great, but this ****es me off to the next level and I will not just leave it. My advice is to stay as far away as possible from them. The service is ****, the respond time is ****, hopefully the quality of the canvases are not, when ever we might receive it.

Just want to take the time to say thank you to Nico and his team for my amazing work they have done with our canvasses. The best service I received in years, I could pay for a special they were running in January and send my pictures at my own time. Being very patient with me. I submitted my pictures the end of July and a few weeks later I received my pictures. They kept me informed of the process at all times and exceeded my expectations. The canvasses were beautiful and of high quality, absolutely amazing. I would recommend Nico and his team to anybody at any time, truly understanding the meaning of client service.

I had a terrible experience with Canvas It, after 8 weeks of broken promises and lies the owner Nico assured me in writing that my order was complete and had been deliverd, only to do a u-turn and offered a refund after he was threatened with exposure. Try their service at your own peril. Extremely Disappointed.

Ordered one of their canvas prints special in May, it’s August and am still waiting. You get updates from the team that there are delays to be expected. But gosh 3 months is a bit much. They clearly cannot handle the amount of business they are accepting. ....was patient with the process but am honestly slowly running out of patience. Hoping this is not a scam and that I do eventually get this order delivered...only orders with Canvas It if you have bucket loads of patience.
