Bought a headset of theirs, know of the brand so I knew it was good. When I bought it, there was no signs on the box that it works with two aux cables, one for sound and one for the microphone. No where on the box is it indicated that you would need to buy an adaptor not do they give it in the box and the information is not on their website,no manuals in the box or on the website.
DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!

If you have two AUX ports, you most likely have one for a microphone and one for headphones. But if neither port produces sound, the problem may be with the headphones themselves. Try connecting the headphones to another device to test.

If you only have one port, you need a two-port-to-one adapter. Then both the microphone and headphones will work.
