Phenomenal Service
I would like to share my journey I had thus far with Cindy Labuschagne from Capcubed, she assisted me from pre-approval right up until bond registration, unfortunately due to technicalities from my own side, the bond could not be registered successfully, but I cannot commend her service enough. She is a strong willed lady who goes above and beyond the call of duty, she listens and cares about the outcome, and she keeps you informed throughout the process, one of her other admirable qualities is her transparency, she does not beat around the bush, but she definitely gets the job done. I would highly recommend anyone who would like to start their home buying journey to contact Cindy, she is definitely one of the best!!!

Awesome service.
It is now the second time I deal with them, Crystal Genis to be exact. Awesome service. Great feedback through out the process and she goes out of her way to help. I can recommend them to any person thinking of getting a home loan. They are not bank specific, got me the best deal by shopping around on my behalf. Thank you again.

I Made payment too capfin infact i settled my account they claiming that i never made payment to them i got paid up letters from the attorneys i was handed over too .. on the 2016/02/15 i recieved and sms from capfin saying that handed me over to mcs attorneys im sick and tired of capfin i want you guys to clear my name and stop sending me stupid sms that doesnt make sense focus on clients that doesnt make payment and leave me alone
