No reply from Cape Airconditioning re. residential aircon unit

I contacted Cape Airconditioning a week ago regarding a residential aircon unit which needs attention & they haven't even had the decency to contact me back - either way - whether they can assist or not . Would not recommend their service at all . If they had responded with a simple call or mail telling me they are too big to deal with a residential unit , I would have accepted that & moved on - but just crickets...
