<p>After aquiring a quote for a passenger side headlight, I bought what I thought to be a passenger side headlight. In arriving home I realised what they sold me was the driver side headlight. After three weeks of phoning and explaining, and everytime unable to talk to the owner, I finally heard him say in the background he wants proof. Stripping my car of headlights and sending photo's to them. I had to phone again a day later. Finally to hear they will take the light back, for store credit... I don't need store credit, I need a headlight. After being refused once again to talk to the owner I hear him shouting in the background that he has nothing to say, my pleas fall on complete deaf ears and the phone goes dead. How is this possible? How can the customer be made this wrong? Their mission statement: "We strive to please our customers." leaves me laughing!</p>
