Cape Coast Properties is a legitimate registered business..watch out for people cloning and claiming to be them
Please note that Cape Coast Properties is a legitimate registered PTY LTD business with an excellent reputation who run Mainstream Shopping Centre and rent out apartments above the centre (they only operate and let in Hout Bay). An individual has used their name and address *****ently and they use a **** email address (...........@capecoastprob.co.za) and their own cell number. Always google the business you intend doing business with and phone a landline before paying deposits or renting property. This sort of 'cloning' of legitimate businesses is a common practice by *****sters so be careful.

SCAM ALERT! Cape Coast Properties
SCAM!!!!!!! ALL FAKE! They demand you to pay the deposit upfront but when you ask to view the place first then the place does not even exist. They take your deposit money and then dissappear. No landline. Fake website (https://capecoastprob.co.za/).
