I had Damian and Mo come through this week - what pleasant, friendly efficient technicians ... nothing was too much trouble. They came back at my request and took less than 5 mins to connect something that I could not connect. These 2 are absolute treasures. THANK YOU Damian and Mo.

Worst internet in my life.
Please avoid this company! They are scammers, I ordered 100mb line which is enough for working from home, streaming and gaming I believe, since day one the internet speed never reached more than 25mb which also feels like 2 mb. Streaming buffers a lot, gaming is the worst! Their customer support is the bad they never pick up the phone! They say their support team for until 10pm its a lie! When I ask for cancellation the only thing they care about is that I have to pay 3 months to cancel the contract. AVOID THEM.

Cape Connect Positive Experience
Technician came the day after application to assess installation and would have installed the same week. Had to cancel due to unrelated reasons, but the short experience was pleasant and prompt. I was kept informed via email and telephone from Sonja.

I stream in 4K.
They really know their stuff. Granville and Damian installed a radio on my roof that gives me 50Mb upload and download all day and all night. No more data caps. No more buffering streaming. It's better than the 50Mb fibre I had with another ISP at my old house.

Excellent, professional service over many years.
We have been clients of Cape Connect since Eben and Michelle started the business many, many years ago. We have always enjoyed completely professional and friendly service from them. All connectivity problems sorted out immediately. Cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received over the years. Can recommend unreservedly.
