I bought a car from them for R250 000 for my birthday cash, thinking that it's a car dealership with good reviews so the chances of getting *****ed over was small. Bought the car and didn't even make it home. It has been in and out of the garage for the past 2 years. finally they said sorry there is nothing that we can do. I ended up paying an extra R50 000 to take it into the dealership. Stay away.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a car from this dealership. They went by Hayestad Motors before. Within 24 hours of purchasing my vehicle, it broke down, yet I was not allowed to return it despite being within the cooling-off period. In the first month alone, the car went back to them four times. Since then, I’ve had to take it to a mechanic every month since. I was told that I was simply being “panicky” because I had previously been in a car accident. That was incredibly dismissive. The reality is that this car has been unreliable and unsafe from the start. Definitely not what was portrayed when I test drove the vehicle. On top of that, the vehicle is financed, which makes this an even more stressful nightmare — I’m paying instalments on a car I can’t trust, plus the constant cost of repairs. Essentially, I’m paying double every month just to keep it going. I recently went to the traffic department to renew my license disk and found out that the registration was not properly done. I believe things were done back handed and not through the legal channels. I don't believe the diagnostics report given to me or the licensing was done legally. I don't know how it passed roadworthy. I am now having to redo the entire admin of car licensing and getting new number plates. This also includes the roadworthy. I’ve been left stranded on the highway alone, which is terrifying as a woman in South Africa. The car is unreliable. Less than a year later, I’m already back on the market looking for another car. This dealership has made what should have been an exciting purchase into one of the most stressful experiences of my life.

They are the worst people to deal with, I took my car in due to overheating, 4 and a half months later, I have spend R 105 000,00 and lost R R 85 000.00 revenue due to their incompetance, My car is now worst off than what it was when I took it in, in fact the car does nor drive now!!!!!!, They just walked away and said it is not their resposibility anymore, I went and fetch my car and took it to some else to see what is wrong,THIS IS WHAT THEY FOUND,They never fixed what they said they did, the engine mountings was not fitted properly, the gearbox mounting was faulty, the water pi**** was broken, the oilo cooler pump clamp was not clamped, front wheel bolts was missing and stripped, the head gasket was blown, 3 sensors was not connected. The list goes on and on I now have spend another R 200 000.00 the fix what they have broken, I can not believe that a company can do this to someone, They lie, they deceive and treat their clients lijke ****. Please people stay away from them, they are dishonest and have no pride in their work, I have never seen such poor workmanship in my life, The actgually put my life in danger by the way they claim that they have fixed my car, The worst part is, they used cilicone to fix problems and did not replace parts they said they did. THEY ARE THE WORST MACHANICAL SERVICE CENTRE IN THE COUNTRY!!!!!, Stay away from them

Bought an Audi A4 from this dealer in April. Was told its services were up to date, it was not. Took the car to Audi for a service, turns out there are thousands of rands worth of faults on the car. Approached the owner about it and his attitude about it was 'not my problem, it could have been your fault'. Should have known better the moment the rear view mirror fell into my lap as I drove out of their yard and the salesman superglued the mirror to the windscreen. Be warned when you buy at Cape Crew Cars in Kuilsriver!
