Cape Doors - bad business

Andre of Cape Doors does not even deserve 1 star. He was paid in full and never finished the job. Promised endlessly. First he didn't respond, then he said he had been travelling, then he didn't respond again and then he is Langebaan for someone's death etc. He literally stole our money as he doesn't come out to finish his work and we now have to pay someone else to finish the job.
