I contracted this company to install a garage door. They were very quick to install and also required their payment equally quickly. The moment the client tried to open the garage door, the door came off the tracks and they were unable to open or close the door, meaning their vehicle was standing outside. I contacted the company immediately and requested they please send someone to address. I've been calling them for months and the excuses I've received ranged from I've been hospitalised, to the guys on the vans don't have phones, but every single time I called they promised to send someone out. I eventually had to appoint someone else to sort the door out at an additional cost. Guess the guarantee they promised also means nothing, so be careful.
