Poor communicators

Sales consultant seems incapable of understanding what a consolidated invoice is. After the 5th email to her, I eventually gave in and said I was taking my business elsewhere. She then followed that up with a phone call which I can only describe as condescending. Avoid unless you enjoy vague quotes and poor communication.
