Stellenbosch branch is an absolute waste of time. The other branches are so helpful and on the ball. The people on the floor assisting you are very helpful in Stellenbosch on par with the other branches. However the cashiers are full of attitude and have messed up my orders on multiple occasions. Two weeks ago I ordered items in and was told that it would be in no later than the following Wednesday and I would be contacted. Wednesday comes round no call. I wait a week then go in to find out what is happening with my order. Got treated like a ****. Made a big show of trying to find my papers. When it was found they had filed it as completed. They put all my items on the floor instead of calling me. No apologies nothing. If you want assistance go to Kraaifontein or Somerset West

I bought a fairly expensive tree from this branch today but I had concerns over transporting it. "Don't worry, we wrap the whole tree for you," the assistant says. Based on that, I make my purchase only to go outside and proceed to watch the assistant mangle the leaves while trying to tie an 8 inch piece of string around a 7 foot tree - he's wrapping. He was soon joined by a second fellow who helped him squash some more leaves. This is just the start of a story that ends in a manager screaming at me that she "can't be everywhere"... Cut to the end - I should have gone to Stodels

We had lunch in the Bamboo restaurant in the Cape Garden Centre. Fantastic food, well prepared, good portion, well presented. Clean, new glasses. Professional and friendly waitressing by Vuyo. Our day was a pleasure amongst all the beautiful plants and cool spray for the comfort of their clients.

Good Day My mother posted a review on the weekend and no one has bothered to make contact to resolve this situation. She was given a gift voucher for her birthday from my brother in Australia, instead of using the voucher she had to pay over a R1000 for plants that were meant to be on a voucher. No one knew how the voucher worked nor could assist her with her query or call a manager. After writing a review on this still no one at Cape Garden Centre has bothered to reply. This is daylight robbery. If this is how you treat customers then this is absolutely shocking. I would like a response and how you are going to resolve this issue. Regards.

I was provided a gift voucher for Cape Garden Center. Upon purchase at Cape Garden Centre R44 I was informed I could not use my voucher and had to pay cash or card. My daughter had reviewed the voucher and IT IS NOT only an online voucher but has a QR code which indeed means it can be used at instore purchase. I would like to be reimbursed for the full value. I shop all the time at Cape Garden Center and am very unhappy with the service I received at R44 and Cape Garden in general. I must congratulate Cape Garden Centre on a better than one can expect service. I bought two fairly rare plants almost three months ago, but it did not bloom as ordered and expected. I took a picture of the plant and added full proof of the transaction. The next thing, Carmen phoned me to tell me that I can fetch two new plants in full bloom as ordered initially which I did the next day. I received two really beautiful plants. She did not even want the old plants back. One can not expect anything more than that. That is super service.
