Useless ER

Good day, what a shocking experience at Cape Gate Medi Clinic. My dad had a head injury, we took him to the ER. The front staff was brilliant, the back staff shocking DR have to do the paperwork and stickers, Nurse standing around as if they were confused at work. We got there at 20h00, got helped at 23h15, but there was no bed available. We ask them to call us if he were to be moved to a ward, no phone call, 3 days later, and we still have no answeras to what is wrong with him

We pay alot for medial aid in a month te get service like that
