Came across a social media video of how bad your management treat thier staff, disappointing to see we still dealing with these type of people in our work place and quite triggering as someone who went through the same ordeal at my place of work, hope you send your staff for management skills and how to treat the staff better, definitely not recommending your hotel to anyone!

We stayed there over the busy December time. The food was fantastic. Staff are really trained properly. Overall we had a great experience, even on the rainy days. Rooms are spacious and bed sheets are soft. Loved our experience.

Yesterday I attended a High Tea at Cape Grace. It was my first visit and I was expecting a 5 star eperience because of it being such a well known upmarket hotel. The cake and sanwhiches left much to be desired in that there were no cupcakes and the offerings were very bland. The service we received was atrocious. Our used plates and cups and saucers were not swapped out for clean ones and when asked you had to call the waiter a second time to bring you a clean cup. You also had to get the eye of a waiter more that once to have your tea/coffee refreshed. I was very dissapointed.

I booked a whiskey tasting at the Bascule Bar with Jineane from the Cape Grace hotel, and on the day we were unable to make it. The other dates I have requested are fully booked however Jineane has gone out of her way to assist and is very professional and helpful. I feel that she is an asset to the Cape Grace. Give that woman a Bells!
