Poor Workmanship and Customer Service

On 9 December 2020 Mr. Sydwell Mfamekiso of Cape High Construction "completed" work at our offices in Stellenbosch after more than one occasion failing to work on the days which he undertook to start with no notification.

When he left the patio looked good and we paid the rest of the invoice. However, a week later was a different story. After we had some rain, half of the patio that was sealed by Mr. Mfamekiso had no sealer whatsoever.

We phoned and emailed Sydwell endlessly with no success in having him fix the poor work completed.

In January he committed to return and fix the job on Wednesday 20 January at 11 am. He never showed up or contacted us letting us know that he won't be able to make it.

We then contacted him again constantly reaching his voicemail and not getting a callback. When we finally reached him mid-Feb he said that he cannot commit to a date as he is very busy, disregarding the poor job he did.

I have also lodged a complaint on bark.com and would not recommend anyone to make use of Cape High Construction as they completely disregards uncompleted work and unsatisfied customers.
