Adrian & Tania FRAUDSTERS
Adrian Visagie & Tania Verheem are quick to respond for new work. Once Monies are paid they avoid you like the plague. When it comes time to honour their warranty they won't answer your emails or calls. Stay away from this company, Tania & Adrian are absolute liars.

Failure to honour guarantee
In 2011 Cape Liquid Waterproofing waterproofed the terrace at the front of our house, which is above the garage. The job cost R30,000 and came with a ten-year guarantee. In winter 2020, during heavy rains, there was a bad leak in our garage. On 21/07/2020 I emailed Adriaan Visagie, the technical manager, who replied that Tania would let me know when a team would be in Cape Town. She was CCed. I followed up with her on 26/08, after not hearing anything. She did not reply. I emailed both Adriaan and Tania on 01/10, asking for an update. Adriaan gave me a vague answer about the weather and said someone would be in touch about arrangements. On 07/01/2021, after I had still not heard anything, I emailed again. Adriaan replied that they would be reopening on 18/01. On 23/03, after still not hearing anything, I emailed yet again. This time he did not bother to reply. I have been trying for over eight months to get them to fix the leak. What is the point of giving a ten-year guarantee if you refuse to honour it?

Do not use them. Especially if all the reviews are bad.
They were at my premises. Never completed the job and 3 days after they left it rained again and there was no difference before or after they finished, as it still kept on leaking. They were quick to mail to get the rest of the of the funds, but they do not answer their phones to come and complete the job, not to honour their supposed guarantee. I guess the guarantee was never in place, as the work was never completed. Paid a lot of money for nothing.

Do not use them. Especially if all the reviews are bad.

Disgusted
Absolutely furious with this company. They happily took our money and gave us a 10 year guarantee. Have been trying constantly to get them to respond for months during the wet winter months to repair the same job. Leakage through a bedroom wall. They ignore your emails, phone calls and have never been so disgusted. Stay clear - do not engage with this company. They should not be in business.

Stay away.
Stay away! It's very expensive and for us it did not work. They had to come back and could not get any of the parts they treated watertight. Now they are not picking up their phones or responding to their emails. A LOT of money wasterd

Shocking customer service!
Absolutely shocking customer service from this company. Promises, promises and no delivery. I have been trying to get them to complete a job at my house since October 2019. To date all I have had is one promise after the other. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. I have given up. If you live in Stellenbosch use them at your peril.
