THIS COMPANY DESERVES MINUS 10 STARS DO NOT ORDER FROM CAPE MASAI LEATHER!! I ordered a cherry red cross body bag. When I opened my parcel, I immediately noticed that there were burn marks on the front of the bag. I contacted Harryson to request that the bag be replaced, he told me "it's from animals walking in the bush". I gave Harryson 2 options: Option 1 replace the defective bag or Option 2: refund my money. Harryson has refused. The only thing he has done is make excuses, blame me as I am "too fussy", put the phone down on me and refused to take my calls. I have never dealt with with a more unprofessional company and run by a man with a very bad attitude towards clients.

Items returned at my expense after I confirmed cancellation by email on the 21st of February. Got confirmation that it was delivered to Cape Masia Leather on the 23rd. No refund received yet. I sent the invoice, proof of payment and bank details as they asked. According to their return policy, refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days.
