Very nice persons, speak nicely to any one to convince but have lack of resposability is a consequence of young ages / experience. Car delivered, break lights on. 1st conclusion = broken part... Real conclusion = not fitted properly.

Ashley is a bull****ter,and plays hide and seek and he's receptionist lies about he's whereabouts, sounds fami**** well it's all true. He ****s up your car and when he's stuck he gets a real mechanic to bail him out,which you pay for. I've lodge a case against him at the motor industry ombudsman and the RMI. He should just leave the industry as he's so called mechanics did after soddy workmanship.

Well I had my doubts after reading so many bad reviews about the fitment centre, and more so about Ashley, but I took my chances. I found Ashley to be a great guy who does listen, even though some would argue that point. We discussed my situation, I asked him to remain fair as I am a fair person and so far he did do just that. I am still waiting for my account for my one vehicle and I trust that the vehicle, first of all, will be fixed correctly AND secondly, I trust that Ashley remains fair with his charges, bearing in mind the long journey he has travelled with both of my vehicles before they got them repaired to my satisfaction. I recently got the one vehicle back and I hope to get the 2nd one back on Monday. So yea, they have taken their time but so far Ashley has been a gentleman and I like working with gentle men/women.. so keep it up Ashley and you WILL WIN...even if it is only by ONE POINT...

Had to replace my front bumper and fix my rear bumper on my Mazda 3. I spoke to the owner and he gave me quote on the spot for everything. The price was really decent. I took my car in, did the paper work and a few days later...i was shocked at how "new' my car looked. i am truly a satisfied client and i now know where i will be taking my vehicle in the future. Giving one star is too generous. After the job was done, I had a bad feeling about the repair of the car. I took it to another mechanic. Only to find out that Cape Town Fitment Center have lost the essential tool that gets the caps of the tires off. So, if I would have a puncher, I would have not been able to change any tire. I went back and they organized new caps for my car with VW with a very casual attitude. The next day I took the car to the new mechanics; they discovered that, this time CFC also never put the nobs on the stabilizers. Which it would have damaged the car if I would have continued driving it. I asked Ashley Page, the CFC owner, to give me an explanation for such a terrible service, he reacted in an extremely arrogant, dismissive and entitled way. I suggested he should apologize if he or his team make such a bad mistake, he refused. I requested a refund for bad service because I lost an entire day and petrol, two things nobody today, can have the luxury of wasting. He said he would refund me but up to today , he hasn't done it and I doubt that he ever will. If you care about your vehicle refrain from this business. Bad attitude and service, complete lack of pride in the way they work.

Worst experience ever after almost 3 years of having my car serviced and always telling me parts that need charging and spending thousands of rands but never changed and me being trust full always accepting what they tell me. I took my car after they serviced it in march with an oil leak. I could see the inferior filter they had put in was leaking i asked them to change it and done a complete minor service. Ieft my car only to be called that my oil pressure rings need changing the all cost came to 4000 rands. I told then that can't be its the oil filter but i was told its too late my car has already been striped so i had no choice. Got called to pick up my car at 16:45 and i should hurry they close at 5. Got home my car is still full of the old oil from the leaking filter . I check if they had atleast done the service to my surprise my old air filter was still in the car. Took the car to another mechanic only to be told they changed just the oil filter nothing else. This place is the worst of the worst. I went through all the invoices i have accumulated over the last years from then and the amount is shocking yet my car still has the original parts from nissan nothing has ever been changed

Worst experience ever, I booked my car in for a minor service so they had to replace the fuel filter as well that was not done due to them telling me the filter is in the fuel tank and long-lasting, nope it’s not it’s in the engine bay, and this was confirmed by a Peugeot Dealer Thye overcharged me on parts, 2 fan belts, and two tappet cover gaskets, she corrected the fan belt situation but still charged me for 2 cover gaskets as my car only takes one, and I did not know that at the time. My car was inspected, and they told me I need to replace my stabilizer link and lower control arm bushes, not knowing that I had replaced them before the service also had this checked out after the service at a Peugeot specialist and he confirmed there was nothing wrong with it. I requested that I need the old parts and will collect them, but very conveniently they were thrown away. I have been struggling to get hold of the manager/owner with no luck, after repeatedly asking for his number, she finally gave me a number, no answer and not even returning my call, Shame on you Ashley as a business owner you should know better. They not only overcharge you but are also not trustworthy, the prices are even more expensive than the original parts. You should be ashamed of yourself. Running a special on your service but overcharging and not replacing parts and finding faults where there is none.
