Using the the red-bus services in Cape Town

We recently went for a trip to Cape Town and being the fist time I used there Hop-on, Hop Off bus tours, one is not always sure if you know where you are going and if you are on the right track. Well to say the least, that whole team bent backwards to accommodate me and my spouse for all the time that we shared in their presence. The on-line bookings works, and help was always available with excellent Q&A support. On arrival you can ask any driver or ground personnel for info or advice and it came with a smile. The earphone service on the bus is working and if you get onto the bus they will help with and extra set for people who do not have a set. Their schedules are well managed and on time. The day I had to come back to Johannesburg, I asked about places in the Cape city aI do not know the place and the guy warned me in time, stopped at the nearest point to my connection point and greeted me with a smile. Needless to say that I gave him a good tip and told everybody about my wonderful experience. Two family members booked and is currently visiting Cape Town and I plan another trip like this. I give them a 10/10 rating. Well done Cape Town, you know how much clients are worth to your business.
