Declined In Service After Payment

Cape Town Legal Consultants seemed very helpful and promising at first quick to respond and eager to assist. However, once I made payment, the level of service changed completely. It's been over 7 months, and I’ve received no real progress or resolution. Every time I follow up, I'm simply told to “just wait.” They were very attentive before payment, but unfortunately, that professionalism didn't continue afterward. Very disappointing.
