Had a buffet meal at this location last week with family. Food was abundant but average and service lacked etiquette. My evening ended with on a literal sour note as I approached thd floor manager to enquire about refilling thd lamb curry dish. It was refilled but when I ate my food I found it was burnt pieces of braised beef in a left over lamb gravy. Very very bad decisions lead to unhappy customers.

It's so frustrating to call and call and never get a booking at their buffet whenever I try to make a booking,I feel they should expand their premises to accommodate everyone I'm not even the only one in my family or friends circle who is struggling to get a lunch buffet booking.

Excellent Service from Moegamat. The cleaning staff friendly all round and very accommodative. The front desk was super efficient. Location is perfect. Rooms and beds were clean every day I know when my bed was cleaned. Wow! Food top of the range.

Was there for the buffet the food was cold and did not taste good at all the desert was just as bad as the food it basically looked like a chicken buffet because most of the dishes was chicken and veggies i was very dissapointed we only stayed for 35 minutes and only had some samoosas and curry stop misleading people on videos and posts i would not recommend their buffet to anyone worst buffet ever. The only good thing was that the staff was friendly. Never again

My wife took me out to dinner on the 4th of February for my birthday. It was a good night that was wasted. From the poor service from the waiter to the manager to the burnt meat. The manager refused to speak to us and preferred to give his attention to the hotel guests. I got up from my table and approached him. His defense was that he did not know where we sat, this after the supervisor showed him where we sat. We could see everything from where we sat and could see her talking to him and also pointing in our direction. The restrooms were dirty with urine lying on the floor and the sinks were also very dirty. The poor service, issues with the food, and the state of the restrooms. It's a shame when a place I trust to offer great service lets me down in such a big way. The manager’s attitude is especially upsetting, as it seems like he didn’t even make an effort to resolve the situation or show me any courtesy It's especially frustrating when I try to resolve things directly and still get brushed off. It’s unfortunate when an International well-known Hotel with such a good reputation doesn't live up to its standards.

****roaches walking on the food and dessert at the buffet. Manager Lex will not allow us in the kitchen to check out!!!! Someone please need to inspect health, safety and quality control of this hotel!!!!!

The wifi is really terrible we complained several times and got moved to a room that was even worse service it’s worse because we were travelling with kids i mean in this day and age we all know the WiFi is a big priority for people

Disgusting service from what should be rated a 1 or 2 star hotel. After numerous complaints that could not be rectified by the inefficient and untrained staff (emile & anelisa) I asked to speak to tha manager (David dix) only to be told he was unavailable until the next day. Our problems began at 14h30. Phoning head office I was given the number of the capetonian and told to speak to the manager. If you are going to Cape Town stay away from this hotel as they will spoil your holiday.
