They are stealing my money

Why are these people allowed to do this. If there are so many complaints why does the bank who is supposed to look after our money, keep on letting this happen. R89 has been disappearing from my bank for months and every time it is a different company doing this on behalf of Capicall First it was Dynamix and then it is Paytoza this is just terrible. !!!
