Capital Debt SA are ********s

I was mislead by their consultant under the guise of reducing my interest rates since according to her I was being overcharged according to the NCR. They are a registered company and I thought they were legit. Only to find out I was being put on debt review, a process I had successfully completed in the past. I have no issues with my debt currently and they even indicated to me that I am a good payer. I called them to the process xancelled and for some reason, as easy as it was for them get me on the process, it is not as easy to get it canceled. They took my entire salary and currently I'm unable to feed my kids. I hope and pray that the NCR Ombudsman can intervene and shut these guys done along with their lawyers Kashief Dundas. I want my money back.
