Unhappy customer

I am so unhappy I felled so violated they ****, saying that they can help me to pay lower interest rate, just to find that myself under Debt review imagine the shock to my system. I phoned and was told that they cannot get hold of the agent now I must write a letter to cancel me being put under Dept review. We should be allowed to cancel them with our account holder not wait. Thy decided now they will take time to cancel I feel powerless
