Worst service, neglect of not attending to patient enough, telling us lies about medication not given, attempted theft of patient's personal items, mishandling patient, bad attitude towards patient and family, no interest was shown to a human life!

Excellent and Outstanding Patient Service
I would like to thank Meren Naicker from the accounts department for all his help regarding my 2 hospital accounts. His service was one of a kind and he worked very efficiently, effectively and the end result was highly appreciated. Thank you Meren Naicker for your excellent and outstanding patient service. At the same time I would also like to thank Rebecca Thanelall for all her help aswell. Thank you guys both once again.

1/5 - Appalling Neglect and Deception If I could have given a - 5 star review I would have. I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Capital Hospital's subpar care and dishonest practices. Our family experienced unimaginable trauma due to their negligence and lies. A loved one was admitted, and despite our repeated concerns, their condition was grossly mishandled. The hospital's inaction and poor decision-making led to devastating consequences.My father was admitted into Capital Hospital for removal of his left Kidney due to a cancer growth. His operation was only suppose to be 4hours and 30min long, he was in surgery for 6hours. He came out on life support and they just kept lying to us that it went well the ventilator is for helping the body recover. He passed away the next morning because according to him his condition got worse overnight. Worse still, hospital staff **** to us repeatedly, hiding the truth about our loved one's condition and treatment. When we demanded answers, they refused to provide the medical file, stonewalling our attempts to seek justice. Capital Hospital's actions demonstrate a callous disregard for patient well-being and family trust. Their refusal to hand over the medical file is a clear attempt to cover up their mistakes. I urge others to think twice before entrusting their care to Capital Hospital. We will not rest until we hold them accountable for their negligence and deception. _Warning:_ If you or a loved one is admitted to Capital Hospital, be prepared for: - Neglectful care - Dishonest communication - Lack of transparency. The CEO of the Hospital Dr S Ramkissoon(Urologist) Claudine Rajagopaul(Dr S Ramkissoon Secretary) Dr J. P Patel(Cardiologist) Dr R Naidoo(Anaesthetist) ICU Staff Are just some of the staff that assisted or was involved with Operation and all the cover ups afterwards.

Avoid Logan Naidoo
It is surprising there is only one post regarding Logan Naidoo and Capital Hospital. We saw them destroy every company, professional, contractor and supplier they worked with. Their modus operandi is similar in every case. Logan is charismatic and lures people in to work on the projects, if you look around the table all professional people are the same, they are geniuin, hard working people who believe in the projects. Logan however is a narcissist and this quickly becomes apparent after he stops paying your bills, questions your work ethics and threatens you. Near the end of the projecs they stop paying their bills and refuse give reasons why, they do this for months until their victims are on the brink of collapse and are desperate. It starts with short paying until they stop paying any of the bills. Roxanne stops responding to emails and Logan will avoid your calls. They will attack your work ethics, question you abilities and make the people believe it is their fault they are not being paid. This is their MO. Logan has family members who are attorneys, they quickly send out threatening letters in the hope to stop the contractors or professionals from trying to recover their money. We worked on multiple hospital projects with this group and saw many companies close their doors or individuals loose everything they had in the same sequence of events. This is the best advice you will receive if you hope to keep your company alive, no matter how desperate you are for work, do not align yourself with Logan Naidoo or the Capital Hospital Group. You WILL loose everything you have. Phone for references of people who have worked with them, and you will quickly realize there have been millions taken from hard working people, and nobody has escaped unscathed. We never survived, they owed us too much and our professional practice of 15 years closed it doors, the contractors, sub contractors, QS, suppliers etc etc all lost most of what they had. Save this post and if you decide to work with them please come back and post your experience so others can be warned ??

Dodgy businessman Logan Naidoo doesnt pay contractors
This post is done to create awareness to prevent any further person from suffering losses. Capital hospital westridge is owned by a businessman Logan Naidoo. Many contractors in Durban have complained about this man as they lure contractors in an do not pay them for services at the end. they make complaints but steal peoples services and dont pay, theres a lady Roxanne who does their work and they send nasty emails when payment is due. I write here to warn anyone else to becareful of this Man and his business tactics. He owes millions to many people and is a very bad person.
