Last year on the 28th of February 2025 I was struggling to add my mother on the policy using my phone. I then went to Capitec bank Branch in Greenstone to add my mother. The consultant put on the wrong date of birth, I went to Capitec bank Branch yesterday to fix their error and I was told they won't waiver the membership and I won't be reimbursed for an error 1 digit error that was made by their consultant. How is that fair? I wasted R1500 for your error and zero accountability? I have to wait for an additional 6months again? No this is complete bull Capitec. I want my money
