MISLEADING INFORMATION
I launched a funeral claim on the 24/04/2026 last week, but up today I haven't received anything. On the 06/05/2026 they sent me an sms to say they are still reviewing the information I provided, they will call me on the 26/05/2026 .
I had to get in debts , I had to take a loan to bury my father.
I am highly disappointed on capitec bank funeral cover.
