Thank you Chef Melissa for an awesome Saturday morning of learning and experiencing baking! A dream come true, as I was always afraid of managing the kneading and folding of the dough process… not anymore! My Rye sourdough starter is brewing and I can’t wait to get started with the baking. Thanks for sharing so much more about bread baking than expected. The butters are ready for the braai on Heritage Day! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy learning about breadmaking. Great value for money means you could also possibly gift a friend or family member this memory! Definitely returning for more courses. 👍😀👍
