Unresolved issues with certificates issuance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the handling of my certificate issuance by Capsicum Culinary Studio Pretoria Campus. I graduated in 2022, and despite numerous follow-ups, I haven't received my qualification certificates.

On my graduation day, I was given a certificate of attendance with assurances that my qualification certificates would be sent once errors were rectified. Since then, I've been met with excuses and told the matter is being escalated, with no resolution in sight. This has caused significant distress, impacting my job prospects.

I've made multiple attempts to resolve this, including visiting the campus, and even sending a proxy, but the response remains the same - delays and no certificates. I've paid in full for my course (over R100,000) and expect better service.

I'm putting Capsicum Culinary Studio on notice that I expect a resolution within 7 days. If not, I'll explore other options. I'm sharing my experience to help others avoid similar issues.
