Pathetic service at The Car Doctor, Brackenfell
PATHETIC!! We took our car in because of a noise it was making, expecting it to be fixed. Instead, we got the car back with a ridiculously high bill for what they claimed was a “service.” The problem? They didn’t actually fix anything! To make matters worse, they admitted later that they had confused our car with another one. So after paying an absurd amount of money, the original issue was still there. We then settled with the owner to finally fix the car properly (which is what we had asked for in the first place). But shockingly, we were handed another bill. When we refused to pay for their mistake, the owner completely lost his cool — screaming, shouting, swearing, throwing tools around, and belittling my partner in the workshop. This kind of unprofessional, aggressive, and dishonest behaviour is completely unacceptable. Not only did they waste our time and money, but they also treated us with zero respect. ⚠️ If you value your car, your money, and your dignity, stay far away from The Car Doctor in Brackenfell.

BE A BUSINESS THAT WANTS TO DO GOOD & CHANGE!!
Car Doctor Secunda's service & communication is horrible! There is one owner for all three big Car repair shops, and all three of their services are totally different. We had an accident on the 20th of October '24 & 56 days later we still don't have our car—one excuse after the other. From the rude receptionist to stupid excuses & pushing when our car would be ready so many times. I'm just so fed up with them!! How can there be a change to their service if I only see complaints on this platform but they never acknowledge any mistakes? BE A BUSINESS THAT WANTS TO DO GOOD & CHANGE!!

Customer service don't exist
Car Doctor was recommended by my insurance they phoned me to bring the car, after 2 weeks of not being updated, I phoned them to ask for feedback, my car was not fixed and I didn't have another car.I was told they are waiting for parts, Is it so difficult to get a bumper for Toyota etios. Just bumper nothing much. I went and ask them to give back my car, they gave me my car but wanted me to pay R6500 for access.I did that until today I still have my car waiting for them to fix it.yet they took R6500. So it's going to 1 month now and they don't update me. They just don't care.

Terrible Service
I was recommended by my insurance to take the car to Car Doctor Panel beaters and 3 weeks later I got the car back but it was not washed and when I washed the car I realize that someone drove the car as it was damaged at the front bumper and on my RHS door has stains that are hard to come off. I took the car and they checked the pictures and confirmed that it was their fault and promise to get back to me as the Manager was not available. From 10 May until now nothing has happened.
