Hi, I bought an Urban Cruiser from you. It has a broken windscreen reservoir that I had to pay today to have fixed. How did the car pass its inspection like that. Also the car was delivered and I did not receive a spare key.

Bought a Ford Kuga from them - Advertised the car with a new engine @ 16500km on the clock replaced by Ford. a week down the line, I complained about the clutch to shudder - they took the car on numerous test drives and said there is nothing wrong with the clutch. I took the car to Ford to assess the clutch - guess what.... the clutch was on its last legs. The replaced the clutch with a much cheaper brand doing a claim on my Motorite warranty. With a lot of other issues in-between. After 9 months the engine seized up. Car-Go said I must take it up with Ford they will not take responsibility. Ford told us only partial of the engine was replaced due to the recall. Car-Go **** to us from day 1. Our mechanic who is dealing with the engine repaired also looked at the clutch, it needs to be replaced once again as the cheap Chinese brand they used is wearing off after only less than 10 000km done since replaced. I will NOT recommend anyone to buy a car from them.

My mother purchased a Chevy Sonic 2012 from this dealership, Car Go in Hillcrest, KZN. Feb 5, 2019. On Feb 15, 2019 she experienced the beginning of what was about to be a living hell for her from this dealership! Her car initially exhibited signs of what seemed to be steam on the day of pick up, of which she asked about, but was told it was nothing to worry about from the sales rep. So, they brushed that off. 10 DAYS LATER, after the day of purchase she drove home from work and passed the petrol station for fill up and to check the water and oil as she would have normally done in her previous car but when the petrol attendant opened the hood, they discovered HAVOC! The oil and coolant were mixing, and it spilled all over the engine. She was advised NOT to drive the car home and to take it to the dealership immediately so they could attend this problem bcoz its dangerous for her to drive as it is not road worthy at this time. She then called the dealers immediately upon being advised but when she called she got connected to the Manager of Car Go and she explained what was happening and requested they please send a break down for the car to be towed to their dealership which is 30km from her home but they denied her request and told her to put coolant into the car and drive home and the next morning for her to drive all 30km with a sick car. After contemplating and giving up with frustration she eventually drove home (After being stuck from 4 to 10pm! The next morning Sat Feb 16th she requested a breakdown out of pocket. Before going to Car Go, she passed by a mechanic to show him the videos she had taken to show what was happening to the car engine then, that Garage mechanic asked to speak with the Manager at Car Go so he can explain to him what the cause is. The manager got rude and told the mechanic Not to touch the car, as it is Car GOs responsibility. He will know what to do with the car! Then mom and Tow truck proceeded to HILLCREST and dropped the car off. She was told she didn't have to wait at the dealers she would be called when the work was done. About 3 hrs. later just before dealers closed, she came back and was told there was nothing wrong with the car, and that it was just "sludge" running thru the pipes and she must not worry, everything is sorted, she can now even drive from Durbs to JHB. She then requested for the invoice because the dealership FAILED to issue it to her upon driving off at the initial purchase on Feb5. They only gave her the vehicle manual and a check out slip. Her invoice was only drawn and given to her on Feb16. She drove off and, on the way, home she felt that the car was not running at its best, it was sluggish, and she smelled some "burning" scent and she was praying that no accidents happen until she makes it home bcoz something was seriously wrong. Thankfully she made it safe but upon arriving home, she texted the manager and told him what she was experiencing AGAIN with the car overheating and making hissy sounds and fluids dripping from under the car, even though they told her the very same day that the car is fine, and she can even drive to JHB and back! She started to panic and judging by the car and all the problems it exhibited and the interaction with the dealership she is now afraid to drive the car she recently purchased for R104,875.00 that she is not being refunded. The dealership refuses to pay for that car repairs and they are refusing to refund! She asked for a loaner car hoping they would provide while they attend the problem of her car but the manager said they don’t provide loaner cars and she explained that she needed to get to work on Monday but has no means, so maybe they can just refund her as it has only been 10 days, and the manager texted" Sorry but that’s not how it works!" They have been Rude and unwilling to help, because she is a helpless woman and she is very frustrated in the way they have been handling her and this matter! First selling a car without an invoice, to blaming the petrol attendant for opening the water and oil saying it’s their fault, to back peddling on coverage for 1000km and 30day warranty, to not being straight forward about the car diagnosis. and now trying to scam her for the CASH she paid for a s**** of a car. On Tues 19 feb mom went back to the dealers and the Managers had a screaming match with her and not wanting to tow the useless car off of her driveway , until just before leaving the dealers, they called a tow truck to remove car from her driveway, FINALLY! Well they sent the WRONG tow truck bcos when her car was being towed it dropped from the towtruck and the bumper got damaged, scratched and cracked. It was sent to Opel umhlanga Dealer to be closer to Durban and to be diagnosed BY Trained professionals but when morning came The manager called my mom at 6am and told her they will be suing her because she commented on facebook about the company Car Go and now they won’t be fixing her car because of the bad review about their Company and that their lawyers advised them not to continue fixing her car. My question is, is that legal, how they have been treating her and sending her on a wild goose run? She is a consumer and has every right to review a Company that has mistreated her to voice the facts. They have not been transparent at all in dealing with this matter. This is emotionally taxing for her and this company is doing BAD business and taking people’s money and treating them like **** without being professional! She hopes not to deal with them in future but at this time they still have her money and a useless car that they also failed to mention the engine has been worked on before because the dealer at Opel discovered on top of all, the engine, coolant, gasket problems it has, it has been panel beaten underneath. Please assist. We are in desperate need for those who read this and have channels we can go through to report this. Her 30 days warranty (that was word of mouth) is about to be over and we need to find a solution for my mom fast. They have an obligation as a dealer to rectify this problem at their cost!! Feedback appreciated. Thank you.

Bought a toyota hi lux. Two weeks later the paint started coming off the bonnet scoop. Contacted Car Go was advised to get quotations. Sent it in now they want me to disassemble the vehicle and send the parts down to get repainted, seeing that their panel beater can do it cheaper
