Handbrake replacement woes

These guys are BRILLIANT EXPERTS in being clueless, a month ago I took my MG6 for a handbrake mechanism replacement and adjustment but looks like it was a job too hard for them, my uncle in Jhb introduced me to these guys but I beg to differ as far as the Komani branch is concerned. I drove from Komani to Jhb with a malfunctioning handbrake system and now I'm scared to take it back because I realized how clueless they were. Ran also a major service and all proof they can show me was that they replaced the oil filter and nothing more. I'll definitely never go back there!!!!
