To whom it may concern
This email is in reference to an incident which occurred on the 4th of December 2022. A towing vehicle from your company damaged the windscreen of my vehicle (a truck) in Richmond, Northern Cape upon towing. It is now the 12th of December and I have not yet had any communication from your company in reference to repair of my windscreen. My company has been losing revenue due to the truck not being able to load and deliver due to the windscreen damage. I would greatly appreciate if this repair could occur before the close of business for 2022. If I do not receive a repair proposal soon , I will be forced to charge your company standing costs due to the loss off revenue linked to the inability of the truck to load and deliver.
