CTS HARRISMITH

<p>I just want people to be aware of the bad service that I had from CTS Harrismith.On 07 02 2017 I had a breakdown with my truck just outside of Harrismith on my way to Jhb.I contacted Hollard trucking who then called Global assist who then contacted CTS to come and tow me back to their yard in Harrismith.On 08 02 2017 at 07:30 Jaco of N17 towing sent 1 of his mechanics to assist me by fixing my trucks brake lines for me.After the repairs was finished I paid and left as I have sighned for the tow in after I was left in the yard of CTS in Harrismith.I then proceeded to Bergvlei 1 stop to have breakfast before I proceeded back to Jhb.While I just started to eat I recieved a call from Jaco to inform me that I must return to CTS as I was not allowed to just leave.After i finished my breakfast at 10:30 I then went back to CTS.On my return to CTS I was informed by their employees that I was not allowed to leave before my insurer setteled their account as my insurer was in arrears according to them and that they will not release my truck and load before all the accounts was not paid in full by Global choises.At the end of the day I was only allowed to leave at 13:30 after they were told by their reganal manager that they may allow me to leave after my broker had to threaten them that they were going to be removed off the list of service providers.After the phone call from my broker their branch manager Andrew and runner Paul said that they could not care less if Hollard took them off the list off service providers.I feel that this comment is just as commen as the 2 of them are and says alot about CTS and their employees customer services and I will make sure that I tell people not to make use of them or any of their services as they are really unprofesional and rude.They caused my client to distrust me and because of the hold up I was also not able to assist my other client today and causing me to loose that client aswell as the R10 000 that I was to be paid.</p>
