Caramellos Restaurant in Preller Plein, Bloemfontein is the best in all dimensions. The food and drinks, super great. The staff members and the service, WOW, WOW, WOW... I lack words ...... THE BEST YOU CAN EVER FIND IN BLOEM!!!!!! Great job, management ....... Great job, staff members ....... Your Hazel Nut Latte ....... THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caramellos Restaurant in Preller Plein, Bloemfontein is the best in all dimensions. The food and drinks, super great. The staff members and the service, WOW, WOW, WOW... I lack words ...... THE BEST YOU CAN EVER FIND IN BLOEM!!!!!! Great job, management ....... Great job, staff members ....... Your Hazel Nut Latte ....... THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service at Caramello’s in Bloemfontein Northridge Mall
We came here today at Caramello’s Northridge in Bloemfontein to have breakfast, the waiter was very nice. However , a fly came inside the juice and we asked for help regarding that , but the manager said “it’s nature” meaning every damn time you make your way to Caramello’s and an unfortunate thing happens to your drinks or food , just know you’re gonna be told that’s “it’s nature” not solution- oriented whatsoever. Just horrible customer service. AND you pay for it regardless, they could learn a thing or two from other businesses.

We came here today at Caramello’s Northridge in Bloemfontein to have breakfast, the waiter was very nice. Caramello's Preller branch Bloemfontein
Was once a regular client at the Bloemfontein Preller branch. Moved to the other side of town and now frequent it less. However, went back this week as I was in the vicinity. It is a breath of fresh air to know that there are still businesses like Caramello's where the service, quality of food, ambience, friendliness of staff and promptness of the awesome serving staff does not decline over time. A must if you are ever in the area. They have branches all over and the quality of the franchises is controlled so well. Thank you Caramello's.

Brilliant Service
This is just a thank you for Northridge Caramello's Bloemfontein one of my favorite places to go to and I always get excellent service my main go to is Obert and what a delight this man is .Keep it up🙏🙏🙏

Don't expect a good breakfast
I went to Caramello's at Preller Square on Sunday morning and was very disappointed. I had been without power for 2 days and had intended to charge my devices but was met with a single plug point in a stuffy corner of the restaurant. That disappointment aside, I ordered an omelet for the price of R109 which had burnt bacon in and had only 2 cherry tomatoes on the side instead of having tomatoes inside as the menu stated. All in all I paid R300 for sub-par food and horrible service. Very disappointing.

Excellent!
Caramello's Blue hills is the best by far! Excellent service and timeous delivery! Nicolene went out of her way in difficult conditions just to put a smile on my wife's face...she earned 10 stars for this wonderful experience!

Stained cake
Worst restaurant to visit. Caramello’s Fourways mall sold us a stained cake. We told the waitress the cake wasn’t fresh we thought the manger would come and apologize but nothing.... we could’nt even tip the poor waitress for the bad service
