No Service & No Internet

Today is day 28 without internet... 16 times offline in the last year and day 99 today altogether... No internet, no refund... I PAID for nothing for 3 months already, going on 4 months... Vumatel, Greentel (Carbon Technology), really? I have even offered to remove my review if you refund me. You have not done anything to set me up with an alternative in the mean time. You are not willing to refund me for JUST June which I paid for and have not had 1 day of internet. Vumatel and Greentel just keeps blaming each other and nothing is getting sorted, literally nothing... I have not heard anything again from Vumatel or Greentel (Carbon Technology) since 12/06/2023.
