CARBON BLACK AUTO - WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
My husband purchased his dream car from this dealership but his experience was far from satisfactory. He took the car in after 3 days of taking delivery. as there were issues with the car. After 2 weeks he went into the dealership as they were not responding to calls or messages. He arrived there and they were relocating without advising him and it now seems the car was either used for spinning that resulted in the car being undriveable and now requiring expensive repairs to restore it. He has still not received the papers for the car and now they are not responding or taking his calls.

Carbon Black Auto Would you deal with them?
I took My car to Carbon Black Auto for them to sell it on Consignment for 60days. The car was apparently "Sold" and has dissapeared from their showroom, which has now closed down in Rivonia. 3 Months later I have still not been paid for my car although promises are made and broken every week. Carbon Black Auto have now moved to Umhlanga. Where is my car? Where is my money? I still have the papers, tha Service records and the spare key. The new "owner" must be unhappy about this situation too?Carbon Black have made Promises and excuses over and over again. I leave it to you to decide whether you would deal with them?

No jewels in Carbon Black Auto's crown...
I withdraw my original review of praise and gratitude. Crown has let me down! Eight months of empty promises to rectify an issue identified on day one. Whilst test-driving the vehicle, an issue was highlighted, and Crown immediately committed to taking care of the problem. He even noted the problem. Back and forth WhatsApp queries have been met with nothing but empty promises! Extremely frustrating, and unbelievably disappointing!!

Stay away from carbon black auto
Carbon black auto Sandton Sold me a Audi R8 that is still under finance to another bank and they never settled the vehicle and now we can't get the natis document.....so no disc ...no number plates Cant drive my car

Carbon Black Auto - Takes your money
Do not do business with this company, I paid a holding deposit on a vehicle, then the company informed me the vehicle is no longer available, and never returned my holding deposit.

Stay away from carbon Black Auto at all costs!
My 1st review was taken down so it will not stop me. Devan Andrews & his wife Lauren Andrews are not to be trusted or believed. I sold my Bentley through them and they pocketed my money. They make big promises and go silent on you. I have opened up a case of *****. Heed my warning do not deal with these *****sters.
