Carbon Black Auto Would you deal with them?
I took My car to Carbon Black Auto for them to sell it on Consignment for 60days. The car was apparently "Sold" and has dissapeared from their showroom, which has now closed down in Rivonia. 3 Months later I have still not been paid for my car although promises are made and broken every week. Carbon Black Auto have now moved to Umhlanga. Where is my car? Where is my money? I still have the papers, tha Service records and the spare key. The new "owner" must be unhappy about this situation too?Carbon Black have made Promises and excuses over and over again. I leave it to you to decide whether you would deal with them?

Terrible service!
Literally the worst service I have ever received. Been fighting to receive a spare key which "they had", for over 8 months. Every call goes unanswered and every message not responded to. 10 dealership visits, different stories each time... 5 different people to deal with, all with excuses and promises but no delivery! I was finally asked to pay for a new key, which I did, and now they making excuse after excuse to refund me, following written commitments!!! Dont leave without your spare key!

Carbon black auto , highly recommend!
I can't speak highly enough of Carbon black Auto and Devan, The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient,and not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left carbon black auto feeling very impressed and felt as tho I knew the staff by the time I left , they were very friendly . If you're looking for a great place to purchase a car or even have any queries about any cars , I highly highly recommend Carbon black Auto
