Care for the aged not caring for them

<p>My Mom has been donating money to Care for the Aged. The contact numbers do not work and I believe that people need to investigate NGO's. Although you are paying a NGO to look after children, old people or needy people are not always legitimate - they are only looking after themselves. It was not a small amount  a total fo R6 000 per year over several years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Beware of people contacting you with hampers for donations. They are thieves and use the money for their own benefits.</p>
