Dishonesty and Inadequate Care

I am an 85 year old woman who was dependent on your carers while my daughter was very ill in hospital for 6.5 weeks. I have had 2 dishonest supposedly carers looking after me who took full advantage of my daughters absence and myself and stole everything in the kitchen. Whenever we look for something, more is stolen. Too much to mention. Also the abuse and breakage of our possessions. I am quite disgusted at Carechamps and their inability to take responsibility for their actions. In addition I had to wake Athi up at 9am in the morning and none of your carers did anything to care for me. They had no knowledge of diabetes and didn’t even notice when I had low sugar. I will make sure that whoever knows me never uses Carechamps.
