No refund: Steer clear of Carethy
I made a purchase in February 2024, and my order was confirmed, yet for the past six months, the company has failed to provide me with a refund, offering nothing but excuses. Carethy Ecommerce S.L. has since been liquidated, and the only solution the new management has proposed is to issue points instead of a monetary refund. This is unacceptable, especially since I can only use a maximum of 50% of my total order amount in points. I have repeatedly attempted to access my account to use these points, but I have been unsuccessful. To make matters worse, their customer support is unresponsive. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Carethy!

Carethy a **** online shop
I purchased on the "Carethy" Online platform on January 23. Today is 12 August 24 and I have not received my order items. sent an email in May 24 to follow up and no one has responded to date. People this online shop is a **** and please whatever you do dont buy from them

I ordered products from this company in February, was given a tracking number which could not be accessed. I was eventually told my product is unavailable and I can choose something else. I requested a refund and they agreed. It is now 3 months later and all they have kept on telling me was they would refer my query to their financial department. Now....they have fallen silent. This "company" is shocking and it seems I am not the only one in this predicament.

Has Carethy closed down and disappeared with monies paid for online orders
I have placed an order weeks ago (order PHA-ZA-24030215295069b62) through with Carethy. Payment was made and confirmation email received that my order is confirmed. I have been tracking my order daily and it has not even been processed . Tried emailing without any response. No one comes back to me regarding my product. All I want to know is when will I get my order and if Carethy is unable tp process my order then please may I have a refund

No response from Biuky & Carethy
I bought a product online on 9 January 2024 through Biuky by Carethy. Payment was made and confirmation email received that my order is confirmed. I have trayed emailing Biuky and Carethy and online request without any success. No one comes back to me regarding my product. Al I want to know is when will I get my order. No response.

CARETHY IS A SCAM SITE don't buy anything from Carethy.
there should be an option for zero stars because one star is misleading. The company is basically just a scam, it shouldn't be allowed to operate. Your order gets placed successfully and payment goes through, later they contact you to say there was a mistake and the items are out of stock. When you request a refund there's one excuse after another, their payment system is down or whatever. Eventually they stop answering your emails and ignore your requests for a refund. The site operators belong in jail.

Was I scammed by Carethy??
My husband and I both ordered items totalling nearly R10000 from Carethy on 19 November 2021. We both got emails yesterday that the products are not available through their suppliers. Then I investigated further and found countless complaints (including on this site) of Carethy being a scam. In addition to that, there was attempted fraudulent activity on one of the credit cards. Both cards have been cancelled. When we called Carethy out on email for being a scam, we got replies that they would refund us in the method paid. We again sent banking details to them and explained that the cards have been cancelled due to fraudulent activity, and asked if they could refund us via an eft instead. The banking details were supplied once again. We followed up with an email to ask if they could confirm that they would deposit the money into the account instead, but have received no response whatsoever. I am genuinely so very upset for being scammed as I am a nurse and as everybody knows, nurses in South Africa do not get paid well. The amount in total is almost the equivalent of what I currently earn. I would really like it if someone from Carethy could contact me with positive news like they will refund the money into my bank account details that were provided. My order number is #PHA-ZA-21111822113517792.

Was I scammed by Carethy??
